About Spinners Auto Glass

On June 1, 2024, Action Auto Glass Inc (AAGI) celebrated four years of great success working with customers like you. We would like to thank you for your support, and for allowing us to care for your auto glass repair and replacement needs.

In 2020, after 35 years of providing auto glass services in and around the lower mainland, the owners of Spinners Auto Glass, Spencer and Lynn Johnston, decided to move to the next phase of their lives – retirement. From this decision, Action Auto Glass Inc was formed.

Sean Fryatt, and Doug Roth as equal partners in Action Auto Glass, after much thought and discussion with Spinners' previous owners, have decided to rebrand and resurrect the trusted name of our predecessor, Spinners Auto Glass Inc.

We are excited about this change and the opportunity to continue building on the legacy the Johnston’s created.

Nothing but the name has changed. Ownership, management and address remain the same.

Spinners Auto Glass continues to offer auto glass repair and replacement... windshields, back and side window glass, and heavy equipment windows.

SEAN FRYATT, Partner / Senior Technician

From an early age, Sean liked to fix things. In 2006, he started working in the automotive collision industry.

When the body shop he was working at started to get into automobile window replacement and repairs, he became very interested.

Once given the opportunity to replace windshield in vehicles, he decided that was the career path he wanted to take.

He obtained his Red Seal ticket as an auto glass technician in 2010. In 2011, Sean joined Spinner's Auto Glass, and quickly became the lead technician.

After many years in the automotive glass world, he has gained a vast amount of knowledge and repair techniques to make sure your vehicle will be repaired with the proper care and attention it deserves.

DOUG ROTH, Partner

Doug started his career with Action Glass Inc., in May of 1996. As an apprentice glazier, he was mentored by some of the best in the industry. Doug excelled in solving problems that stumped even the best of them.

Doug continued to hone his craft, seizing every opportunity to learn. In 2003, Doug took on the role of partner, when he purchased shares in Action Glass Inc., and as a minor shareholder, he looked for ways he could make an impact on the company, such as implementation of an industry-specific workflow program.

Over the years he slowly acquired more shares, and wanting to leave even a bigger mark, he made the leap in 2017 from joint ownership to being the sole owner of Action Glass Inc.

With the retirement of Spencer Johnson of Spinner's Auto Glass, Doug saw an opportunity to expand the company's current auto glass work, and along with Sean Fryatt, opened Action Auto Glass Inc., which has since been rebranded to Spinners Auto Glass Inc.

Doug is excited for the future, and how he can be a leader in better serving our clients in auto glass and flat glass repairs and replacement, in and around the Lower Mainland.
